  "text": "(1) Section 15 (supplementary) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1)—\n(a) in the definition of “hire-purchase agreement” at the end insert—\n“and a hire-purchase agreement is relevant if it is not a contract to which Chapter 2 of Part 1 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies;”, and\n(b) omit the definition of “producer”.\n(3) Omit subsection (3).",
