  "text": "In this Schedule “public designated enforcer” means a person or body which is a public designated enforcer for the purposes of Chapter 3 of Part 3 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (see section 151(1) of that Act), but for this purpose does not include—\n(a) the Competition and Markets Authority,\n(b) a local weights and measures authority in Great Britain, or\n(c) the Department for the Economy in Northern Ireland.",
