# Consumer Rights Act 2015, Paragraph 26


(1) Paragraph 14 of Schedule 2 (applications under sections 6(1) and 8(3)) is amended as follows.
(2) For “section 9 of this Act” substitute “ paragraph 14 of Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 ”.
(3) Omit “or the production of documents”.
