# Consumer Rights Act 2015, Paragraph 32


Before section 80 insert—
“Investigatory powers
79A For the investigatory powers available to a local weights and measures authority for the purposes of the enforcement of this Act, see Schedule 5 to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.”
