In subsection (1) for “any of the powers conferred by the following provisions of this section” substitute “ the power conferred by subsection (4) ”.

Omit subsections (2), (3), (5) and (6).

In subsection (7) omit—

(a)

“, (5) or (6)”, and

(b)

“or records”.
