# Consumer Rights Act 2015, Paragraph 4


In section 213(5A) (CPC enforcers), for paragraph (i) substitute—
“(i) an enforcement authority within the meaning of section 120(15) of the Communications Act 2003 (regulation of premium rate services);”.
