# Consumer Rights Act 2015, Paragraph 25


In each of paragraphs 4(c) and 5(1)(c)—
(a) for “47B(6)” substitute “ 47C(3) or (4) ”; and
(b) for “specified body concerned” substitute “ representative in the proceedings under section 47B of that Act ”.
