  "text": "(1) The amendment, repeal or revocation of any provision by this Act has the same extent as the provision concerned.\n(2) Section 27 extends only to Scotland.\n(3) Chapter 3 of this Part extends only to England and Wales.\n(4) Subject to that, this Act extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.",
