  "text": "An enforcement authority must notify the CMA —\n(a) of any undertaking given to it by or on behalf of any person who appears to it to be responsible for a contravention of regulation 4 or 6A;\n(b) of the outcome of any application made by it under regulation 8, and of the terms of any undertaking given to the court or of any order made by the court;\n(c) of the outcome of any application made by it to enforce a previous order of the court.",
