# Consumer Safety Act 1978, Paragraph 6


In this Part of this Schedule—
" notice " means a prohibition notice ;
" notification " means a notification in writing ; and
" the trader " in relation to a proposed notice or an actual notice means the person on whom the proposed notice is proposed to be served or on whom the actual notice has been served.
