  "text": "Consumer Protection\nMade 9th December 2021\nLaid before the Scottish Parliament 13th December 2021\nComing into force 1st April 2022\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9(6) of the Consumer Scotland Act 2020 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 9(7) and (8) of that Act, the Scottish Ministers have consulted such persons as they consider appropriate, including the designated regulators specified in these Regulations.",
