# The Contaminated Land (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2001, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Contaminated Land (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.
(2) These Regulations extend to England only.
