# The Contaminated Land (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2012, Regulation 1: Title, commencement and application


(1) The title of these Regulations is the Contaminated Land (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and they come into force on 6 April 2012.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
