# The Contracting Out (Local Authorities Social Services Functions) (England) (Amendment) Order 2012, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Contracting Out (Local Authorities Social Services Functions) (England) (Amendment) Order 2012 and shall come into force on 13th December 2012.
