  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Contracting-out (Transfer) Amendment Regulations 1987 and shall come into force—\n(a) for all purposes in relation to money purchase contracted-out schemes on 6th April 1988, and\n(b) for all other purposes on 27th July 1987.\n(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Contracting-out (Transfer) Regulations 1985.",
