# The Contracting-out (Transfer) Amendment Regulations 1987, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Contracting-out (Transfer) Amendment Regulations 1987 and shall come into force—
(a) for all purposes in relation to money purchase contracted-out schemes on 6th April 1988, and
(b) for all other purposes on 27th July 1987.
(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Contracting-out (Transfer) Regulations 1985.
