# The Contracting-out (Transfer) Amendment Regulations 1987, Regulation 11: Amendment of Schedule 3 to the principal Regulations


In paragraph 6(a) of Schedule 3 to the principal Regulations (modifications of provisions of Part III of the Act, applying in cases specified in regulation 3), after “the transferring scheme is ceasing” there shall be inserted “or has ceased”.
