  "heading": "Amendment of the headings to Part I and Part II of Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations",
  "text": "The headings to Part I and II of Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations (circumstances in which a transfer may be made under regulation 2) shall be amended as follows—\n(a) in the heading to Part I, for “ANOTHER CONTRACTED-OUT SCHEME” there shall be substituted “A CONTRACTED-OUT SALARY RELATED SCHEME OR A SECTION 49 SALARY RELATED SCHEME”; and\n(b) in the heading to Part II, for “A SCHEME WHICH IS NOT A CONTRACTED-OUT SCHEME” there shall be substituted “AN OVERSEAS SCHEME”.",
