# The Contracting-out (Transfer) Amendment Regulations 1987, Regulation 7: Amendment of the headings to Part I and Part II of Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations


The headings to Part I and II of Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations (circumstances in which a transfer may be made under regulation 2) shall be amended as follows—
(a) in the heading to Part I, for “ANOTHER CONTRACTED-OUT SCHEME” there shall be substituted “A CONTRACTED-OUT SALARY RELATED SCHEME OR A SECTION 49 SALARY RELATED SCHEME”; and
(b) in the heading to Part II, for “A SCHEME WHICH IS NOT A CONTRACTED-OUT SCHEME” there shall be substituted “AN OVERSEAS SCHEME”.
