# The Contracting-out (Transfer) Amendment Regulations 1987, Regulation 8: Amendment of Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations


In paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations (circumstances in which a transfer may be made under regulation 2), there shall be omitted “the receiving scheme is an overseas scheme”.
