  "text": "After Schedule 1 of the principal Regulations there shall be inserted the following Schedule—\n“SCHEDULE 1A\nCIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH A TRANSFER PAYMENT MAY BE MADE UNDER REGULATION 2B\nRegulation 2B\n1 The earner consents to the tansfer payment being made.\n2 The earner has entered employment with an employer who is a contributor to the receiving scheme.\n3 The earner has entered employment with an employer who is or was a contributor to the receiving scheme.”.",
