# The Contracting-out (Transfer and Transfer Payment) (Amendment) Regulations 2017, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Contracting-out (Transfer and Transfer Payment) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and come into force on 3rd July 2017.
