  "text": "Pensions\nMade 22nd February 2018\nLaid before Parliament 26th February 2018\nComing into force 6th April 2018\nThe Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12C, 20(1)(a) and (3), 37A, 181 and 182(2) and (3) of the Pension Schemes Act 1993, makes the following Regulations.\nThe Secretary of State has consulted such persons as she considers appropriate, in accordance with section 185(1) of the Pension Schemes Act 1993.",
