# The Contracting-out (Transfer and Transfer Payment) (Amendment) Regulations 2018, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Contracting-out (Transfer and Transfer Payment) (Amendment) Regulations 2018, and come into force on 6th April 2018.
