  "text": "The following provisions of the Contracts (Applicable Law) Act 1990 shall come into force on 1st April 1991:\nSection 1,\nSection 2(1) insofar as it relates to the Rome Convention and the Luxembourg Convention as defined in section 1,\nSection 2(2) to (4),\nSection 3(3)(a),\nSections 4 to 9,\nSchedules 1 to 4.",
