# The Contracts (Applicable Law) Act 1990 (Commencement No.2) Order 2004, Article 2


The following provisions of the Contracts (Applicable Law) Act 1990 shall come into force on 1st March 2005:
(a) section 2(1) insofar as it relates to the Brussels Protocol as defined in section 1;
(b) section 3(1), (2) and (3)(b).
