# Contracts (Applicable Law) Act 1990, Paragraph 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

In Section 1(11) of the Equal Pay Act 1970 and section 1(12) of the Equal Pay Act (Northern Ireland) 1970, for the words “proper law of” there shall be substituted the words “law applicable to”.
