# The Contracts for Difference (Allocation) Regulations 2014, Regulation 55: Enforcement

Extent: E+W+S

Requirements imposed on the delivery body by these Regulations or under a contract allocation framework are to be treated as relevant requirements on the delivery body as a regulated person for the purposes of section 25 of the Electricity Act 1989.
