# The Contracts for Difference (Electricity Supplier Obligations) (Amendment) Regulations 2026, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Contracts for Difference (Electricity Supplier Obligations) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into force on 24th November 2026.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
