# The Contracts for Difference (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2021, Regulation 13: Amendment to regulation 2 (interpretation)


In regulation 2—
(a) in paragraph (1)—
(i) in the definition of “appeals deadline date” omit the words from “and which date is listed” to the end;
(ii) in the definition of “delivery year” for “2026” substitute “2035”;
(b) in paragraph (2) omit ““biomass conversion station””.
