  "text": "Electricity\nMade 23rd June 2015\nLaid before Parliament 29th June 2015\nComing into force 20th July 2015\nThe Secretary of State has before making these Regulations—\n(a) consulted the persons listed in section 24(1)(a) to (g) of the Energy Act 2013 and such other persons as the Secretary of State considered it appropriate to consult; and\n(b) had regard to the matters in section 5(2) of that Act.\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6(1), 11(3), 14(2)(a) and 19(1) of the Energy Act 2013, makes the following Regulations:",
