  "text": "Electricity\nMade 24th January 2017\nLaid before Parliament 8th February 2017\nComing into force 1st March 2017\nThe Secretary of State has before making these Regulations—\n(a) consulted the persons listed in section 24(1)(a) to (g) of the Energy Act 2013 and such other persons as the Secretary of State considered it appropriate to consult; and\n(b) had regard to the matters in section 5(2) of that Act.\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6(1) and 11(3) of that Act, makes the following Regulations:",
