The Control of Borrowing Order 1958f1 shall be amended by substituting for the definition of “the scheduled territories” in article 13(1) the following—

  • ““the scheduled territories” means the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Republic of Ireland and Gibraltar;”.
