Laid before Parliament 24th February 1988
Coming into force 18th March 1988
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 1 and 3(4) of the Borrowing (Control and Guarantees) Act 1946 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
