  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1)(b) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (c. 16) in order to address a deficiency (in particular under section 8(2)(g)) arising from the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union.\nThese Regulations amend a reference to “a Member State” in the heading of Annex 2 to Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/2287, for consistency with amendments made to that regulation by the Control of Mercury (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 (S.I. 2020/1620).\nA full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no, or no significant, impact on the private, voluntary or public sector is foreseen.",
