These Regulations amend the 2008 Regulations so as to correct a mistake in them. Regulation 10(a) in the Welsh language text of the 2008 Regulations contains additional words not included in the English language text of regulation 10(a). Accordingly, regulation 2 of these Regulations deletes those additional words.",
