Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and effect

These Regulations may be cited as the Controlled Foreign Companies (Excluded Countries) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 31st March 2005.

These Regulations have effect in relation to accounting periods of companies resident outside the United Kingdom beginning on or after 3rd December 2004 (in connection with which see regulation 6 below).
