# The Controlled Waste Regulations 1992, Paragraph 11

Extent: E+W+S

Waste removed from land on which it has previously been deposited and any soil with which such waste has been in contact, other than—
(a) waste collected under section 22(3) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 or section 25(2) of the Local Government and Planning (Scotland) Act 1982; or
(b) waste collected under sections 89, 92(9) or 93.
