  "text": "It shall not be competent to object to the validity of any deed or writing as a conveyance of heritage coming into operation after the passing of this Act, on the ground that it does not contain the word “dispone,” provided it contains any other word or words importing conveyance or transference, or present intention to convey or transfer.",
