  "long_title": "This Order is made in accordance with section 58(2) of the Local Government Act 1972. It gives effect to proposals of the Local Government Boundary Commission for Wales (“the Commission”) which reported in February 2009 on its review of community boundaries in part of the County Borough of Conwy. The Commission’s report recommended changes to the boundaries of Llandudno and Conwy communities and consequential changes to electoral arrangements. This Order gives effect to the Commission’s recommendations without modification.",
