  "text": "(1) The title of this Order is The Conwy (Llandudno and Conwy) Order 2009.\n(2) For any purpose set out in regulation 4(1) of the Regulations, this Order comes into force on 1 December 2009.\n(3) For all other purposes, this Order comes into force on 1 April 2010, which is the appointed day for the purposes of the Regulations.",
