# The Conwy (Llandudno and Conwy) Order 2009, Article 1: Title and commencement


(1) The title of this Order is The Conwy (Llandudno and Conwy) Order 2009.
(2) For any purpose set out in regulation 4(1) of the Regulations, this Order comes into force on 1 December 2009.
(3) For all other purposes, this Order comes into force on 1 April 2010, which is the appointed day for the purposes of the Regulations.
