# Copyright Act 1956, Paragraph 2


The Corporation and the Authority may jointly appoint an organisation for the purposes of this Schedule ; and if they do so, no other organisation shall be appointed by them or either of them for those purposes until the appointment of that organisation has been duly terminated.
