In this Schedule “photograph ” has the meaning assigned to it in the definition set out in paragraph 9 of the Eighth Schedule to this Act, and not the meaning assigned to it by section forty-eight.

(2)

In this Schedule “the Act of 1911” means the Copyright Act, 1911.
