  "text": "This Statutory Instrument corrects an error in S.I. 2024/193 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nRIGHTS IN PERFORMANCES\nCOPYRIGHT\nMade 6th November 2024\nLaid before Parliament 13th November 2024\nComing into force in accordance with article 1(2) and (3)\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 6th day of November 2024\nPresent,\nThe King's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHis Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 159 and 206(4) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and section 5(7) of the Trade (Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership) Act 2024, is pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
