  "text": "(1) Schedule 3 to the Principal Order shall be amended as follows.\n(2) The following shall be inserted into the list of entries in proper alphabetical order:\nAlbania (1st September 2000)\nArmenia (31st January 2003)\n*China (11th December 2001)\nCroatia (20th April 2000)\nEstonia (13th November 1999)\n*Georgia (14th June 2000)\n*Jordan (11th April 2000)\nLithuania (22nd July 1999)\n*Oman (9th November 2000)\n*Taiwan (1st January 2002)\nUkraine (12th June 2002).\n(3) The asterisk before each of the following entries shall be omitted:\nDominica\nIsrael\nLatvia\nLiechtenstein\nNicaragua.\n(4) After the words “United States” there shall be inserted “of America”.",
