in Schedule 2 thereto (which names the countries enjoying full protection for sound recordings), by the insertion of “Malaysia” between the names “Luxembourg” and “Mexico”; and

in Schedule 3 thereto (which names the countries enjoying protection in respect of broadcasts), by the insertion of “Malaysia” between the names “Luxem-bourg” and “Mexico”.
