  "text": "COPYRIGHT\nMade 31st October 1990\nLaid before Parliament 8th November 1990\nComing into force 29th November 1990\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 31st day of October 1990\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas Her Majesty is satisfied that, in respect of sound recordings and broadcasts, provision has been or will be made under the law of Malaysia giving adequate protection to the owners of copyright under Part I of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, and by virtue of the authority conferred upon Her by section 159 of the said Act, is pleased to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
