This Order may be cited as the Copyright (Application to Other Countries) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 1st August 1989.

(2)

In this Order –

  • “the Act” means the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, and

  • “first published” shall be construed in accordance with section 155(3) of the Act.
