This Order may be cited as the Copyright (Application to Other Countries) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 22nd July 1999.

(2)

In this Order–

  • “the Act” means the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, and

  • “first published” shall be construed in accordance with section 155(3) of the Act.
